Eva Nelson is a Healer and Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. Michelle Baker believes art is a process that connects us with our Divine Wisdom. She has spent the last two decades studying psychology, art therapy, personal growth and mindfulness to create a signature process called “Embodiment Art.” Participants find this creative approach to integration profound and enjoyable.
Monica Crider is a certified Yoga teacher and is a Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator. She has been a student of yoga since 2008 when western medicine was failing her in its attempt to resolve severe back pain. She was reminded of the mind/body/spirit connection through the practice of yoga and began to apply these teachings in other areas of her life. Yoga does not take away the pain of being human, it just helps you learn to dance with it. Through breath and yoga, our bodies know what to do to heal, we just have to get quiet and still enough to listen.
