Retreat Information

This retreat will take you on a journey inward, where growth, healing and spiritual discovery are easily accessible. Peel back the layers; unwinding to a deep, inner peace within yourself. Nourish your mind, body and soul with movement, art and healing Shamanic Breathwork. 

Shamanic Breathwork is a sacred process that we use to awaken the Shaman within, our inner Healer who knows exactly what our soul needs to do in order to heal and transform. 

 During this healing and transformative weekend you will:

You will have three amazing facilitators to hold space for your personal healing journey. We guarantee a safe, sacred and powerful weekend with a beautiful balance between depth work and integration through art and yoga.  

Moving your body, doing Shamanic Breathwork and integrating through a powerful art process will guide you through a sacred, healing and transformative weekend - no matter what your intention is.

Perched above Grand Lake and nestled in the mountains on the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park, Shadow Cliff Lodge provides shared guest rooms with rustic charm. Look out over Grand Lake or the Shadow Cliff campus in either Rempel Lodge or Cliffside Lodge. Both provide gender-specific shared bathrooms with private showers.


The chef at the Lodge will lovingly prepare foods in their Compassionate Kitchen. Inspired by what’s available locally and in season, they serve delicious food focusing on organic ingredients. All meals are served buffet style and include drinks. Special diets may be accommodated with notice.

Your Facilitators

Eva Nelson is a Healer and Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. She pulls from her life experience, abilities as a natural healer and extensive professional training to provide transformational healing support and services. Her work is geared toward cultivating authenticity, finding your truth, embodying your purpose, loving yourself and living the life that you want to live. She does this by supporting the whole person in feeling safe and empowered to do the deep work of recovering self, stepping into your power and healing your life. 

Michelle Baker believes art is a process that connects us with our Divine Wisdom. She has spent the last two decades studying psychology, art therapy, personal growth and mindfulness to create a signature process called “Embodiment Art.” Participants find this creative approach to integration profound and enjoyable. 

Monica Crider is a certified Yoga teacher and is a Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator. She has been a student of yoga since 2008 when western medicine was failing her in its attempt to resolve severe back pain. She was reminded of the mind/body/spirit connection through the practice of yoga and began to apply these teachings in other areas of her life. Yoga does not take away the pain of being human, it just helps you learn to dance with it. Through breath and yoga, our bodies know what to do to heal, we just have to get quiet and still enough to listen.
